The Health and Yoga Club successfully conducted on 12.09.2024 at 9:00 AM to 12.30 AM at Babu Auditorium, under the guidance of Event Coordinator Mr.K.Buvaneswari Asso.Prof/ Mechanical Engineering Department. The event aimed to empower students to achieve academic,physical,and mental excellence through Yoga practices,fostering a holistic approach to education. This program seeks to improve concentration,focus, and memory,while enhancing physical flexibility,strength,and well-being.By reducing stress,anxiety,and emotional turmoil,yoga promotes self-confidence,self-esteem,and resilience.The yoga modules include Breathing Techniques (Pranayama),physical postures (Asanas),Meditation and Relaxation,Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation), and Mindfulness and Awareness.These practices have numerous benefits for students,including improved academic performance,enhanced creativity and critical thinking,better time management and organization,increased self-awareness anf self-regulation,and improved relationships and communication skills.Mr.Velmurugan from valgavalamudan team was taught the session to comprise an introduction about Yoga,breathing techniques and warm-up,yoga postures and sequences,meditation and relaxation,and a Q&A session; A session.The students were actively participated anf get benefited throughout the sessions
