Soft Skills are strategic to be successful in personal and professional life then is essential for the students when they try to obtain job. The interviewers generally prefer graduates, taking more in consideration their Soft Skills than their Hard Skills. Soft skills come out as big complement to the candidate’s hard skill and technical ability.  Soft skills are more focused towards a candidate’s personality rather than estimating a candidate based on marks, qualification, and experience. They exhibit practical knowledge of a candidate which surpasses all qualifications.
