SCAD College of Engineering and Technology is proud to announce that its team, representing the Tirunelveli District Atya Patya Team, has won the Bronze Medal (Third Place) in the State-Level Atya Patya Championship for 2024-2025. The event was held at Shobhana Puram Government Higher Secondary School, Trichy, organized by the Trichy District Atya Patya Association and recognized by the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT). More than 20 teams from various districts participated in this championship, and SCAD College of Engineering and Technology showcased excellent talent and teamwork through its students, emerging victorious. The athletes representing the college were Mr. J. Ebiron (EEE – II Year),Mr. R. Aswin Raj (EEE – III Year),Mr. S. Murugan (MECH – II Year),Mr. M. Mahesh (EEE – I Year), and Mr. V. Murugesan (CSE – I Year). The team was trained and guided byMr. G. Arumuga Nainar, Physical Director, SCAD College of Engineering and Technology. The Founder and Chairman of the SCAD Group, Dr. S. Cletus Babu, congratulated the students for their remarkable achievement. Further appreciation was extended by Mr. C. Arun Babu (Executive Director),Dr. K. Jayakumar (General Manager – Development),Mr. R. Thambithurai (General Manager – SCAD Campus),Mr. Krishnakumar (Campus Manager),Mr. Justin Thiraviam (Principal), and Professor Jayapandi, who lauded the team for their outstanding performance.
