GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM FOR FACULTY AND STUDENTS:
The College has established a Grievance Redressal Cell, as proposed by the University Grants Commission in New Delhi, to provide a system for resolving student issues, ensuring transparency in admissions, and preventing unfair practices, among other things. A Grievance Redressal System (GRS) is a method for receiving and acting on complaints or grievances submitted by stakeholders of institutions, allowing for faster resolution of any issues highlighted and more effective service delivery. The cell’s function is to investigate and determine the merits of any complaints made by students. Harassment cases can also be investigated by the Grievance Cell. Anyone with a legitimate complaint may approach personnel of the department in person or in consultation with the officer in charge of the Grievance Redressal Cell. Grievances can also be sent to the officer in charge of the Student Grievance Cell by e-mail.
The following Grievance Redressal Committees have been constituted and functioning effectively and the meetings are convened whenever necessity arises. The recommendations of the committee are submitted to the Principal and Management for Redressal of the same for further action.
