The Breast Cancer Awareness program successfully educated and empowered female students and staff, promoting a culture of health and well-being. The Chief guest Dr. Mithrabeevi, MBBS, Medical officer, Govt PHC , Pathamadai, delivered an informative session to raise the public’s brand awareness for breast cancer, its detection, its treatment, and the need for a reliable, permanent cure. The chief Guest Dr. S. Aishwarya MD (Pead), Medical Officer, Govt PHC Karisalpatti delivered an importance of self -examination of breast cancer, recognising early warning signs and symptoms.She briefly explained the benefits of mammography and screening to lead healthy choices to reduce risks. This program mainly educated and raised awareness among female students and staff about breast cancer, it’s risk, symptoms and importance of early detection.
